Connecting the printer
Printer ports
The printer can support one optional PhaserShare™ network card; refer to
the description for number
1. The printer is shipped with a parallel port
available on the rear panel; refer to the description for number
2. A SCSI
port is also included on the printer’s rear panel; refer to the description for
number
3.
Note
See “Interface cables and adapters” on page 8-3 about ordering
cables for connecting the printer.
All ports and network protocols are simultaneously active. The printer
accepts print jobs on a first-come, first-served basis.
