Name Definition

Area The area under the curve for the waveform within the measurement region. Area measured

above ground is posit ive; area measured below ground is negative.

If enabled, measurement gates constrain the measurement region to the area between the Start

Gate (G1) and Stop Gate (G2). See To Localize a M easurem ent on page 3--83.

For best results, optimize the vertical resolution before taking this measurement. See To
